The book examines the stories of ten specific women from the Bible:

Sarah: Who tried to rush God's promise but eventually gave birth to a nation.
Rahab: A prostitute who saved her family through faith.
Abigail: A woman who became a peacemaker due to her husband's behavior.
Esther: The young queen whom God placed in a position of power to prevent genocide.
Mary, the Mother of Jesus: The young virgin chosen to give birth to the Messiah.
The Samaritan Woman: An outcast who became an evangelist after meeting Jesus at a well.
The Canaanite Woman: Whose great faith and wit impressed Jesus.
Mary of Bethany: A friend of Jesus who performed an act of love by anointing Him before His death.
Mary Magdalene: Who followed Jesus despite being judged for her past.
Sapphira: A woman in the early church who lied to the Holy Spirit.
